Batteries, strata roofs and Sydney rooftops

Many Sydney houses already have rooftop solar, and adding a battery is now the common next step to use more of it in the evening. In strata buildings the roof is usually common property, so panels need owners corporation approval. Tile roofs on older Sydney homes need careful handling during install; ask how broken tiles will be dealt with. Installers need an electrical licence and Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation.
